Tender Blender is a team of young creatives who decided to make use of their talents to come up with something fresh that merged their love for visual communication and food.
Our team began as a simple nudge between friends to work on a project that catered to each of our interests - one common interest we all shared was food.
Being a young company, we understand the challenges of creating your own identity in order to make it big in the industry — being new in the market is tough. We want to provide an option and collaborate with food establishments (especially the younger ones) to help them move forward in the food industry by helping them visualize their ideas.
We don’t just want to make your food look good on print or on the screen, we also want to help you dress up your company. As regular customers at food establishments ourselves (and with a strong passion for food), with your help, we’d like to be able to effectively communicate the ideas and values you’d want your market to experience by sharing thoughts from a customer’s point of view.
So what (or who) do you need to achieve the perfect blend?

Armed with a degree of BS Management from the Ateneo de Manila University, a semester’s worth of experience from studying in the University of Technology Sydney, Australia, and two muscular, well, arms, Karl puts the Man in Manager.
Despite his background in management, Karl is very much into the arts as well. He enjoys photography and music in particular, and is an exceptional drummer. For every calorie Karl takes in, he does two push-ups to maintain his muscular physique.

Kiks Ignacio
Kiks is also a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University, and finished with a degree of BFA Information Design. He has done a number of design jobs for various clients, incorporating a lot of traditional media into his works.
Forever a child-at-heart, Kiks loves drawing, toys, comic books, and pretending to be a superhero.

Tracy Monsod
Tracy completed her degree of BFA Visual Communication at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, and pursued a career as a freelance photographer shooting events, and a part-time teacher at Global Art in Katipunan. She continues to accept freelance work both as a photographer and designer, now also teaches part-time at The ONE School in Makati, and continues to work on Tender Blender with her partners.
When she isn’t working, Tracy likes to read comic books, watch her favorite TV series, play video games, and bake. She has colorful hair to go with her colorful, quirky personality.
